“The Company ” – Any Cleaning (www.anycleaning.com.au) is cleaning service provider “Cleaner” – means the person or firm carrying out cleaning services on behalf of the Company.
“Client” – means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 1985 to whom the cleaning services are supplied by the Company.
Subject to the terms of this agreement , Any Cleaning services agrees to provide residential/ Commercial Cleaning Service to the Customer at the address specified by Customer.
The services will be provided in accordance with the agreed customers collaborations within the specific Date and Time.
The fully professional services will be provided with faithfully ,diligently and timely manner.
Depending upon the types of cleaning ,the required number of allocation cleaners will be added by the
Company.
Quotes Include GST and Tolls Quotes for Chauffeur services are obligation free
Quotes are valid for 72 hours & dependent of vehicle availability on the day requested 20% Surcharge applies between 10pm – 5am
Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in additional charges (negotiable)
Waiting Charges of $1 per minute apply for delays exceeding 15min of Pickup Time (excludes Airport Pickup) Child seat will be charged extra
Customers can cancel or alter the booking without any charge 24 hours prior to the nominated pickup time
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a proportional cost of the trip to be charged No contact (No Show) customer will result in the full cost of the trip to be charged
For Payment at time of transfer we accept: Card payments incur an additional 2% service fee Receipts are available by text or email at time of transfer
